- Genuine Guarantee: We specialize in 100% genuine vehicle engine oils from renowned brands like Mobil(Products of MJL Bangladesh Limited), Castrol, Total, Motul, Fuchs, BP and Sino.
- Suitability: It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the oil grade and type selected are suitable for their specific vehicle. Automotive Solutions does not warrant the fitness of a product if it is used contrary to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
- Visuals: Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly based on manufacturer updates.
2. Orders and Pricing
- Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations or errors in pricing.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of your order. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The Authenticity Premium: At Automotive Solutions, we exclusively source 100% genuine lubricants from official distributors. Our pricing reflects the high cost of ensuring total authenticity and the elimination of counterfeit risks. While lower-priced alternatives may exist elsewhere, we do not compromise on the integrity of our supply chain.
- Payment: ‘Full payment/Product Delivery Charge’ is required before any goods are dispatched.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Timeline: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk and Title: Ownership of the products passes to you only upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
- Inspection: Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to the delivery personnel or our support team.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Conditions: Due to the nature of chemical lubricants, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened, with the original seal intact, and in saleable condition.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Limitation of Liability
Automotive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including engine damage or labor costs) resulting from the improper selection or use of any products purchased from our shop. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
